What comes with a bounce house rental?

Each rental includes the inflatable, blower, extension cord, and any required safety stakes. If you choose delivery, we handle full setup and takedown to make things easy.

How long is the rental?

Our rentals are weekend-long, running from Friday through Monday, giving you more time to enjoy your event with no rushing or extra fees.

Do you offer pickup or delivery?

Yes! You can choose convenient pickup or delivery with professional setup. Pickup is always free! Delivery and setup charges apply.

How clean are the inflatables?

All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected after every rental. Safety and cleanliness are always a top priority.​

What happens if the weather is bad?

Your safety comes first. If we cancel your rental due to weather, a full refund will be issued. If weather is questionable, we’ll work with you to reschedule when possible.

Can bounce houses be used in the rain?

Bounce houses should never be used in heavy rain, strong winds, or thunderstorms.

How much space is needed?

Each inflatable requires adequate space and clearance. Specific dimensions are listed on each rental item. Please ensure the area is flat, clear of debris, and free from overhead obstacles.

Do I need power?

Yes. A standard household outlet within reach of the setup area is required for the blower. Extension cords are included with your rental, setup needs to be within 100 feet of your receptacle.

Can I turn the unit off?

Yes. Infaltables do not need to be left on for the entire rental period. When not in use simply shut down.  

​

Can the inflatable be set up on concrete or pavement?

No. Inflatables need to be set up on a clear grass area with no debris. 

​

How many children can use the bounce house at once?

Capacity varies by inflatable and is based on size, age, and weight limits. You can find out more by clicking on the unit that you are interested in.

Do you provide attendants?

No, attendants are not included. Adult supervision is required at all times during use.

​

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit of $50 is required to reserve your rental date. Bookings are not added and secured until the deposit is completed. Full payment is due prior to delivery or pickup of unit.

What if something gets damaged?

Normal wear is expected. Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, prohibited items, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

What items are not allowed inside the bounce house?

To protect the inflatable and users, please do not allow:

• Shoes

• Food or drinks

• Silly string

• Sharp objects

• Pets
